Susan Billeaud is an

law blog by the same name, as well
as guest writing articles for newsletters of other organizations.
Ms. Billeaud's business seminars, including I Love L.L.C.s, Keeping Up With What Can Shut You Down, and Contract Law: What You Should Know Before You Sign, have been presented at annual conventions and in a variety of continuing education contexts. She produced and hosted a weekly legal interview television program, Talk About Law, and served on the Advisory Committee of the Department of Computer Science and Industrial Technology, Southeastern Louisiana University.
Ms. Billeaud is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. She earned her law degree cum laude from Cumberland Law School at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2000. She divides her time between her Atlanta office where she serves as "of counsel" to the Atlanta law firm of Bomar & Phipps, L.L.C., and Birmingham, Alabama, where she lives with her husband, Neil, and her miniature poodle, Butch.
